1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the phingo online gaming platform accessible at phingo.one and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and future URLs.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed registration, verified their identity, and holds an active phingo account.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable online casino account registered by a Member on phingo.
• "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Member's phingo account wallet, including deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses (where applicable, treated separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by phingo subject to wagering requirements and other conditions as specified in individual offer terms.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment processing, customer support, and ancillary features available through the phingo platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phingo.one, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking the registration confirmation checkbox; (b) submitting a registration form; or (c) placing a first wager.

These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements between you and phingo relating to the subject matter hereof. phingo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain a phingo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling and casino participation.
• You are a natural person and are using phingo solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing phingo from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phingo or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a phingo account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of phingo Services, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Individual: Each person may hold only one active phingo account. Multiple accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be withheld pending the outcome of that review.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update your details promptly if they change. phingo reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
• KYC Documents: phingo requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, or SSS/GSIS ID) before processing the first withdrawal. KYC may be requested at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phingo login credentials. You must notify phingo support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. phingo reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances following notice to the Member's registered email address.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phingo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phingo supports GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers, USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100 or such other amount as phingo may specify per payment channel.
• Withdrawal Channel: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Processing Times: phingo targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified members; actual settlement times depend on the chosen payment provider. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes.
• Verification Requirement: phingo will not process any withdrawal until full KYC verification has been completed by the Member.
• AML Compliance: phingo complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be withheld pending additional verification or reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phingo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to Members. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Funds and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements state the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds (or a combination of Bonus and real Funds as specified) before a withdrawal may be requested.
• phingo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter terms, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where required by applicable regulations.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered Member for whose account they were issued. Transfer of bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of related bonuses and may result in account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phingo are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• Game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment in real time. phingo does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, phingo will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account. Completed rounds are not voided except as required by applicable regulations.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per Member tier. These are displayed within the game interface and may vary by VIP tier.
• phingo reserves the right to void any wager or transaction placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or at odds/payout rates published erroneously.
• Winnings from Sports Betting are subject to verification and may be withheld pending results confirmation. Voided matches result in stake return.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with phingo:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Employing any software, bot, script, automated process, or other artificial means to interact with phingo games or systems.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer poker or other competitive formats.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and may be reversed.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing phingo from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited without disclosing this fact at registration.

9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

phingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• phingo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Member or their financial institution.
• Required by order of a competent Philippine government authority or court of law.

Upon account closure for breach, phingo may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money Funds (net of any Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the Member via their most recent deposit method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on phingo.one — including but not limited to the phingo brand name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of phingo or its licensors. No portion of this Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of phingo.

The phingo name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of phingo branding in any form — including on social media, in promotional materials, or in any online platform — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phingo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays, transaction failures, or service restrictions on GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment channel.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your phingo login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phingo's liability for death or personal injury caused by phingo's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

phingo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides Members with access to the following tools at all times through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses within a defined period. Once triggered, no further real-money wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications of your session duration at intervals you configure.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phingo platform. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before a temporary self-exclusion of less than 6 months takes effect; permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

phingo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on phingo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

phingo implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect Member data in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phingo cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phingo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, phingo will provide notice to Members via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of phingo following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account, at which point any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
